These terms govern your use of Balon Game (the website and mobile apps, together the “Game”) provided by [COMPANY NAME] (“we”). By creating an account or playing the Game you agree to these terms.
1. Who can play
Anyone can play as a guest. When creating an account you must enter your real birth year and country. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (for example 13 in the US and UK, 16 in Germany), your account is created as a younger-player account: your name is hidden on leaderboards, and email linking, wallet linking and real-money features are disabled. See Information for parents.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared.
- One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse leaderboards or rewards may be closed.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We store passwords only as a one-way hash (scrypt).
- Your username must follow the Community rules; names that do not may be changed without notice.
3. MOON and virtual items
MOON is a virtual game point earned only by playing, used to unlock cosmetic items (outfits, bows, arenas, etc.) inside the Game.
- MOON and virtual items have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, crypto-assets or anything of value, withdrawn, transferred between players or sold.
- MOON is not a means of payment, e-money, a security or a crypto-asset and is not an investment.
- MOON is currently not sold for real money. If real-money purchases, wallet linking or blockchain features are ever offered, they will be subject to separate terms, any required licences and your separate consent.
- Virtual items are a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use within the Game. MOON and items obtained through cheating, exploits or breach of these terms may be removed.
- The in-game economy (prices, rewards, daily caps) may change for balance reasons.
4. Fair play
Bots, automation, cheat software, modifying the client or server requests, exploiting bugs and using multiple accounts for advantage are prohibited. Scores are verified on our servers; impossible or suspicious results may be rejected or removed and accounts suspended or closed.
5. Intellectual property
The Game's code, graphics, sounds, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6. Changes and termination
We may improve the Game, add or remove features, or discontinue it with reasonable notice. You can delete your account at any time from your profile (Account deletion).
7. Liability
The Game is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes to these terms
We will notify you in the Game when these terms change and ask for your consent again for material changes.
9. Governing law
[Governing law and venue — to be set by counsel]. Consumers in the EU/UK keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.
