Information for Parents
Version:
Balon Game is a non-violent arcade game suitable for all ages. We take the following measures to keep children safe.
Younger-player accounts
At sign-up we ask for birth year and country (nothing is pre-selected). If the player is under the age of digital consent in their country (e.g. 13 in the US/UK, 15 in France, 16 in Germany), the account automatically becomes a younger-player account:
- A pilot alias such as “Pilot-1234” is shown on leaderboards instead of the username.
- Email linking, crypto wallet linking and real-money features are disabled.
- There is no chat or player-to-player messaging.
- No advertising or behavioural tracking.
- The birth year cannot be changed later; only our team can lift the restriction after parental verification.
In-game economy
MOON is a virtual point earned only by playing; it is not sold for real money and cannot be cashed out. There are no loot boxes.
Parent requests
To review or delete your child's data or ask about restrictions, email [privacy@ALAN-ADI]. We may ask for information to verify the request. The account can also be deleted in the Game via Profile → Delete account.
