Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Balon Game account and all related data at any time.

In the Game (recommended)

1. Open the Game and sign in.
2. Tap the account button at the top right → Profile.
3. Under Privacy & data, tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and tap Delete permanently.

You can first use Download my data to keep a copy.

If you can't access the app

Email [privacy@ALAN-ADI] with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username. After verifying ownership we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Immediately: account, password hash, birth year and country, sessions, game and score records, MOON balance and history, items, season progress.
• Anonymised: traces in security logs (no longer linked to you).
• Backups: encrypted backups rotate, so the data is gone from them within 14 days.
• Reports filed by others about you are deleted too.
